still don't see how rollie doesn't go first 2 reasons why I didn't take him 1st overall
1. Great catchers tough to find generally speaking, especially ones with brilliant homers
2. I've only tried converting once on BBSBL when Break tried to convert Jose Vega for me, which was a successful conversion, but he got a huge negative PD and I don't ever feel like taking such a risk with converting ever again, especially when I personally don't know the best way to organize points for that
young guys convert easier, it would shock me if he didn't convert but i guess there is some risk on the other hand beyond the fact that he has brilliants all over, all his intangibles are great and he will probably be ready to play by next year

If he's going for seaver like we all know, then picking up Bench was a smart move to build team for future a lot more

These guys are all too developed for their ages. Bench will be in the bigs next year. Doesn't make sense.

Same with Osugi... Did I miss something where we said we're bringing Japanese players over even though they never played here?

Kinugasa never played in MLB? Japanese league guy that hit over 500 career homers. Osugi was close to 500 himself.

Why are all the pitchers ready to pitch in the bigs this year?

This isn't real life (for the millionth time). These guys are prospects and need to be treated as such. Have to leave them underdeveloped and let them sit in the minors for a couple of seasons. Helps transition out older players. This is probably going to lead to inflation.

I've gone through and counted 10 pitchers who will pitch in the league this year. That can't be a good thing.
