I really didn't think anyone would try to do this in particular, but in a postseason series, you cannot use the same starting pitcher in consecutive starts unless there happens to be an off day in between.
You can use 2 different starting pitchers every other start from Game 4 on if you choose to do so. That is acceptable, but the same starting pitcher in back-to-back starts is not. Pitchers need at least some rest and this would never happen in reality.
