Starting this season going forward, the only relief pitchers that are eligible to be converted into starting pitchers during spring training are relievers with "A" relief duration.
BBSBL and HOFFBL both have done this, so this could help curb the inflated pitching here a bit.
Any relievers that get converted without "A" relief duration will not only losing their new SP duration, but their relief duration will be lowered to an "E" rating as well.
