Active Roster
Teams must carry a minimum of 22 players and up to a maximum of 25 players on the Active Roster. From September 1st to the end of the regular season, teams may carry up to a maximum of 40 players on their Active Roster. Remember that a player's clock will start even if he's a September call-up, so teams should make such decisions with caution.
Lineups & Rotation
Teams must ensure that each of the two (2) starting lineups (vs. RHP w/DH and vs. LHP w/DH) are filled. If a player is in a single lineup twice, it will crash the sim and cause a delay. It is just as important to adjust the depth chart every time there are personnel changes to the Active Roster. This is where one can decide how often back-up positional players will play and assign late-inning defensive replacements.
Players must be able to play the respective position they are listed at on their team's lineup. They should also be listed on the file at their actual position they are playing. The commissioner can change this at his own discretion if a team does not show to have any other players at a certain position.
Minor League Rosters
Teams must have no more than 75 total players between all 3 of their minor league rosters. Teams that go over such a limit will be asked to release a certain number of players on the spot. If that does not happen in a timely manner, the commissioner will make such decisions with his own judgment.
Teams are also expected to pay attention to their prospects in regards to when they should get promoted or demoted. If teams fail to pay attention to this, bad PD's could have a higher chance of occurring, so teams can manage this at their own discretions.
Injuries
Injured players may be placed on the disabled list; however, when a player from the Active Roster heals, he must be placed back on the Active Roster. Injured players must be taken out of the lineup and depth charts for the entire duration of their injury and can only be placed back as injured if their healing date is within the next 7 sim days.
Team Strategy
Teams may set specific settings for Team Offensive Tendencies, Team Defensive Tendencies and Individual Player Settings and can be changed at any time.
